Property insurance

This includes specialized forms of insurance such as fire insurance, flood insurance, earthquake insurance, home insurance, or boiler insurance. Property is insured in two main ways – open perils and named perils.
Open perils cover all the causes of loss not specifically excluded in the policy. Common exclusions on open peril policies include damage resulting from nuclear incidents, acts of terrorism, and war. Named perils require the actual cause of loss to be listed in the policy for insurance to be provided. The more common named perils include such damage-causing events as fire, lightning, explosion, and theft.



This insurance covers you against misfortunes such as machinery breakdown, business interruption, deterioration of stock, engineering transit, dismantling and erection and accidental damage to electronic equipment, mobile plant and construction work.

Marine & Hull

Marine Hull insurance covers nearly everything that floats and moves, starting with rowing boat to huge ocean going tankers.  Marine insurance are a type of insurance that covers boats and ships, as well as their cargo and in some instances the places where the boat or ship is docked. Marine cargo insurance covers whatever goods the ship is carrying. In Land Transit insurance can be used to cover goods that shipped by trucks.

Money insurance will provide indemnity following the theft or loss of money whilst: In Transit anywhere in the Kingdom; On the Premises during business hours; On the Premises outside business hours; On the Premises whilst contained in a Locked Safe or Strong room; At an Authorized Person's residence; Damage to Safes and Strong rooms.
